Observation

0165 (2c) Licensor observed 12 inch ribbons tied around the window curtains. (corrections made and ribbons were removed). 0165 (3b) Licensor observed the metal frame beneath the sliding door was 160*F in temperature that may cause burns once footwear is removed. 0165 (3f) Licensor observed tv mounted on wall did not have a safety strap to prevent the tv from falling over, shelving unit placed in front of the fire place was not mounted to prevent from falling over. Shelving unit did not have a backing which can cause the fire place glass door to shatter if a child was to shove the bins hitting the glass door.
